Im thinking, because the network is still relatively small that some wallets are not getting enough connections.

Now we need to navigate to the Transfer folder which is located at:
From the Mac finder select Go => Go to Folder... and type in this path.
Default Location: /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Transfer/
(hopefully this works, I haven't done it on a mac before but I have mac experience)

Open up the transfer.conf file using a text editor and you will have to copy and paste the following text:

The file we are looking for is called transfer.conf Here is a support page for Dash on a mac, which is a coin similar to Transfer, at least the directories should be the same. Let me know how it goes tomorrow.
